Staff were very helpful. The hotel itself is really bad need of refurbishment. I would not recommend the rooms very poor condition, although while you look through the poor state of maintainence the hotel is cleaned on closer inspection, good central location.

Situated a few moments walk form the heart of the city centre, this hotel is an ideal base for visiting the many attractions of Toulouse. Bright and modern reception with helpful and happy staff makes a great welcome. This old building has had some renovations and there is a sweeping stair way up to the rooms. The room was big,... The standard of the room was only good since the general hygiene and cleanliness was not wonderful. The double bed was basic and it was hard to sleep at night for all the noise outside in the street. The staff were very helpful and offer good advise on where to eat and the best attractions to see etc. Breakfast was... More

Nice location but you pay for this as it is incredibly noisy at night. People leaving local bars and then street cleaners then finally deliveries. Probably a period of only 2 hours of quiet. Hotel room ok, tired decor and furnishings but in keeping with other 2 star hotels. Nice reception staff. Didn't have breakfast so no comment on that.

My family stayed in a yuppie hotel but I stayed here to save money. Good breakfast, and location. Older rooms, but clean and good for solo travelers. I was on a long vacation after Spain, Morocco, and the south of France getting ready to board our boat to go down the Canal du Midi. We met up here and went... More

Very nice place animated surrounded by beautiful buildings. Make a pause sandwich or grab a cup of coffee in one of the many and various restaurant/cafes; it is a treat for the eyes Do also a tour at night when lights illuminates the building,

We only stayed in this hotel for its location. But never imagined the rooms could be in such a state. They carefully renovated the lobby but the rest of the hotel is completely run-down, desperately needing works. Nevertheless the check-in was swift and the staff friendly. For the same price it's possible to book a 3-star hotel in a better... More

Very close to the city center. Fine breakfast. Good value for the money. We had a room with a very small bathroom, but our friends had a nice one. No lift to first floor.
