Stayed at the Saint Sernin on a business trip to Toulouse. Located in the city center within walking distance of the downtown area. The rooms are tiny but all lovely. Breakfast was a bit of "do-it-yourself" but everything was clean and tidy.

Location is good, close to the lovely basilica the hotel names itself after. I did find the staff very helpful with advice on things to do....eg day trips, etc.Staff happy to speak English.
