I stayed here as a pilgrim on foot to the Shrine of the Black Madonna. This hotel suited my needs admirably, though my room was a bit on the small side. The hotel restaurant on the other side of the main street had a good selection of menus to suit all pockets, and even a hungry pilgrim on a budget... More

I don't understand the negative comments on this site - the hotel is beautifully situated in the middle of a medieval town which is the most visited tourist attraction in France. I have always found the proprietors, an English lady and her French chef husband to be friendly and charming, as did a lot of other guests according to Tripadvisor.... More

What a shame there is so little attention to detail paid to the bedrooms. The rooms are so dismal, the bedroom feels grubby. The only good thing is the location, it needs a good overhaul. do yourself a big favour and go down the road to the Best western for just a few pounds more, it's well worth the money.... More

I have just returned from a visit to this hotel with a coach tour company which has a reputation for choosing good hotels. Well, this time they failed dismally as this hotel is very poor. There are a couple of positive points. It is well located in the middle of the village and the restaurant is OK. Admittedly we were... More

We ate here 5th September with hopeful confidence since it is a Logis de France since our hotel restaurant was closed. What a disappointment! The staff were off hand and entirely focused on the amercan coachparty present and the contrast in their treatment of us and them was marked. The food was poor - my husband's salad seemed to be... I stayed at this hotel for three nights last year as a solo female traveler. I felt like I stuck out like a sore thumb, but the owners were friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease. My room was above the restaurant on the second floor, and looked down on the main village street. It couldn't have been... More

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, each time with a coach party and each time has been a pleasure, the rooms are clean and spacious, I have always found the owners very friendly and helpful. Our room on the second floor had 2 balconies with a fantastic view and new modern bathroom. The food served... More

Perfect setting, rooms at the front of hotel nicer, good value for money. Location great, optional breakfast and parking was always a available although not plentiful! Would have enjoyed aircon and would have paid more for the luxury! Overall excellent value for money.

We stayed in Building 2 which is just outside the city gates & close to their car park which was great for us (the main building is within the city gates). Parking is an issue in Rocamadour as the streets are narrow and it's very busy - you could end up parking a long way from your hotel & walking... More

we were lucky to find this hotel while touring on our motorcycles, the owner and his English wife were charming. We had secure parking for our bikes. The hotel room was very comfortable and very clean. We could not have had a better stay - excellent all round.
