What could be better than staying in a chateau at the top of this village on a cliff? Although the chateau is like a maze the professional staff is quick to escort you to where you want to go. The rooms are clean, very large and quiet. The shower is wonderful! Take your breakfast there, it is yummy! And you... More

We have stopped here a few times now and the experience has been uniformly good. Booking on this occasion was achieved via e-mail and a phone-call. Reception was fast and efficient and we were shown to the room. Isn't this so much nicer than been told the room number and pointed off in the vague direction of the room! The... More

I travelled with my sister and had not realised that the journey from St. Pancras to the hotel would take 14 hours, this was with Treyn Holidays. On arrival I was amazed to learn the dining room was a 4-5min walk away from the hotel which was okay if it wasn't raining. The food was good and staff efficient. Our... More

I was quite disappointed with this hotel as there was nothing to do in the evening when you returned to the main hotel after having dinner at the restaurant. It would have been better if there had been a bar or some where to have coffee on our return and to get to know some of the other people on... More

We stayed during an atypical week weather-wise, dull and wet most of the time but we were very well looked after by everybody there. It is a very well located hotel with clean comfortable rooms although they do look a bit tired and ready for a spruce-up. Probably because of the weather the pool was not open which was a... More

Beautiful hotel in wonderful surroundings. Staff very friendly and helpful, food very good, accommodation clean and comfortable. Rocamadour itself is a wonderful historic village. Treyn Holidays to be strongly recommended.

I expected much more. I suppose I was deceived by some famous hotel guides i read before making the reservation. Very good location, good breakfast, but this hotel looks very much like one of those fit for tourist and excursion buses. The staff was polite, but the hotel had no charm at all! However, it may be a fair option... More

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location very close to both the paths to Rocamadour and the lift. Went as part or a Treyn Holiday which was also excellent. The rooms are spotlessly clean and hot water in abundance. The toilet is seprarte from the bathroom which is convenient if there are two of you. The terrace and... More
