A pleasant hotel for visiting as you can walk to church from the hotel but remember that the nice walk down turns into a slow walk back up again, especially if the weather is hot.. Our room had a nice view at night. Staff very pleasant and helpful

Location is up the hill from Rocamadour. Not sure if you could get here without a car. Our room was small but comfortable and looked out at the town. Friendly staff and lots to see right around the hoel

Booking this hotel reminded me of the good old days when travelling around France, before the Internet came along. Just a phone call, leaving my name and approximate time of arrival was enough to reserve a room. Of course it was off peak early April, but there were still plenty of people about. We were travelling with our little dog... More

So, we arrived in late November the very, very off season. The location is awesome--as is the view. We were not expecting luxury; however, we did have a few issues with our room. The window had been left open, which we did not realize, so no matter how high we turned up the heat, it did not help. Finally at... More

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights on our way south through France. I booked the hotel in advance having looked at its reviews on TripAdvisor and we were delighted that it lived up to all the good points in the reviews. ALL of the staff were friendly and helpful - all youthful (compared to me), attentive to customers'... More

The staff at this hotel were amazing, we visited mid April and spoke no French. We had a big issue with our train going on strike, but Pierre from Le Belvedere spoke great English and helped us out without any hesitation. We were so grateful for his help! The location was great, about 15 mins walk into the city which... More

We used the restaurant at this hotel in March, whilst staying in the area. The welcome was friendly, and the service good on the whole, although another membe of staff on duty would have been better. The food was good, and also the selection of wines. The value was reasonable. Good views from the restaurant.

We stayed in this hotel in early December and we thought it fabulous value. Yes it was off season and quite yet we still received a lovely mean and breakfast- most other places close so it was a credit to them. Very littel english but we were made to feel very welcome and they all tried very hard to make... More

We stayed the night and had the most fantastic views....literally takes your breath away particularly at 6am when a hot air balloon floats past at a leisurely pace. Our bedroom was great with comfortable bed and a working TV (which are hard to find sometimes). Huge windows which open onto the outstanding views meant that you didn't want to close... More

We stayed here for a night in September with our baby son. When we checked in, the receptionist had no idea where our room was located. When we discovered that there was no light in the bathroom. When I pointed it out, I was told that the bulb had blown and as it was Sunday they could not get a... More
