Stayed 2 nights as part of a walking holiday. Good sized clean rooms and good ensuite. The hero at this hotel is the terrace with views that are amazing. Located about a 10 minute walk out of Loubressac, from the terrace you can look back at this amazing hill top village. Dinner was amazing here although surprisingly the cutlery was... More

Stayed here for five days on a coach trip .Reception area adequate for the size of hotel. A few comfy armchairs positioned beneath (essential) ceiling fans. The hotel is on three levels... reception area, first floor and downstairs. No lift. Our room was on the reception level. Nice and big, modern fittings, flat screen TV and fridge. Modern fittings in... More

The kitchen in this hotel is really outstanding.. they cook wonderful things with the local ingredients such as truffles, duck and goose. Rooms are spacious and beds are good. No elevator because this is a 2 story building and no airco.. In walking distance of the Medièval village Loubressac 11th century...worth seeing.

This was a wonderful hotel and restaurant. Only two negatives, 1) no air conditioning, fans or screens on the windows (in the June heat, this made sleeping difficult) and 2)minimal and not very fresh breakfast. If these two items were corrected, this would be a full 5 star review.

We stayed at Le Relais for 5 nights on a coach trip to visit the Dordogne region. The Village of Loubressac itself is very picturesque and well worth several visits. The Hotel was very comfortable and clean, the rooms spacious and the view from the bedroom and the terrace quite outstanding. As we expected, the choice of food was limited... More

As the final destination of our walking tour this hotel was a highlight. Fabulous large room with a magnificent view over the valley including Castelnau ( closed on Tuesdays) and Chateau Montal ( closed till spring 2016). The food was fabulous - very necessary after a day of walking. The only shop in town is closed over the lunch break... More

We did stay four nights in this hotel and were very pleased with both the room and the restaurant. Very comfortable room, no noise during the night and a very nice connection with the swimming pool and the terrace direct from the room. The quality of the restaurant was above expectations. Very tasteful (large) dishes using products of the region,... More

We stayed in this hotel on a bus trip from the North East of England, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The food was very disappointing, a large percentage of our group experienced upset stomachs. One lady remained in the hotel on her own on one of the days, she asked if she could purchase a snack and a cup... More
