This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Rocamadour and the surrounding area - providing you have a car. We were welcomed by Eric and shown to our room "Rouanne" in a magnificent converted barn located next to the beautiful Chateau La Rhue. The room was very comfortable and even had mosquito screens on the windows so... More

It has been a few years since we stayed at this hotel, but I remember it being a great experience. The whole mood of the hotel, lobby and area was wonderful, very quiet and relaxing. I also LOVED the walk into Rocamadour.. It takes about 30 minutes to walk into town on the most beautiful pathway, through the French countryside... More

we stayed here at Domaine de la Rhue for 5 nights this month, its a beautiful restored rustic barn, Eric the owner welcomed us, he was a charming man, he was very helpful at suggesting places to visit, our room was very pretty and very spacious, and so relaxing. the only noise you could hear was birds and sheep, wonderfully... This hotel was a highlight our of trip to Rocamadour. A big antique Quercy farm building converted into a boutique lodge, managed by Eric and Christine, who are your impeccably friendly and professional hosts. You will be among very few guests because there are only a handful of rooms. They are all elegant, spacious and very comfortable and well-designed. Amazing... More

The two of us spent 3 nights at this comfortable, every detail covered, serene property. Our room was quiet, spacious, perfect with property views and all needed amenities. Christine and Eric, the outstanding owners, cover all the details from serving breakfast to providing detailed maps of suggested routes for exploration. The building itself is an amazing, remarkable conversion from horse... More

This can be a bit of a challenge to find as it is some kilometers out of Rocamadour itself. Having found it though, you appreciate that you're well away from the crowd and noise of the main town, it is the converted stable building of a magnificent home next door (with breakfast next to where the stables were downstairs from... Located just a mile or two outside Rocamadour, Christine and Eric are wonderful hosts for this small hotel. They have renovated an old barn/stable into a magical place. Our room was huge and very tastefully done. One drawback was the plethora of flies but the screens on the window kept them at bay. The continental breakfast was somewhat ordinary but... More

My little group of 8 stayed at Domaine de La Rhue, a very scenic location, an absolutely gorgeous house with gorgeous furniture and comfortable beds, and very, very accommodating owners. The place is a former sheep farm, spacious, quiet—absolutely wonderful!

This fantastic B&B is the stable block to a much bigger house and set of outbuildings, very conveniently located close to Rocamadour. It is family owned and absolutely beautiful. There are only 5 rooms but all are extremely comfortable. It is absolutely silent in the afternoons and there is no television in the rooms. If you want peace, tranquility and... More

We spent one night here and slept very peacefully and comfortably. The owner was nice and welcoming and helpful and was able to recommend a really wonderful restaurant "Les Vieilles Tours" in which we had an absolutely delicious meal. The Hotel Domaine de La Rhue is really lovely and the property seems beautiful (we didn't have time to actually walk... More
