Fantastic staff. The woman on reception could not have made us feel more at ease. The approach and parking at this hotel is to say the least challenging but once you report to reception the warmth, knowledge and humour of the staff (especially the lady on reception) puts you at your ease. This is a hotel where staff understand the... More

Great position in centre of village. Charming hotel with good rooms and very helpful staff. The restaurant serves beautiful food (across the road due to lack of space!) though the wine is a bit pricey. The swimming pool is in a sister hotel a 15 minute uphill walk or short bus ride away. Perfect hotel to explore this incredible cillage.

Travelling through France from Bilbao , stayed in Rocamadour. The hotel os loaceted in the village clinging to the gorge side and has a car park adjacent, which is important . The room overlooked the gorge and had all we needed, not to big but quite adequate. We ate on the terrace that evening and the food and service was very... More

Our stay couldn't be better - hotel is located in a heart of the Rocamadour and they have a free parking which huge. Front desk speaks English and very helpful, rooms are large, clean and airconditioned, Jacuzzi suit is very comfortable. For the dinner try La Table Du Cure. $7.50 breakfast at the hotel is very good, we did not... More

My wife and I had lunch on the terrace overlooking the valley in mid June. The wait staff were most helpful on arriving in guiding us to a table which gave us a great view but which was also shaded. The meal is possibly the best we had during a 2 week stay in France in terms of quality and... More

Superbly situated in the centre of this fascinating, historic and charming town. Room 40 was small, two single beds pushed together, lacked character but was clean and adequate for one night. Breakfast on the outdoor terrace was just ok and staff did not add to the experience. I read on other reviews about the small car park (lucky to have... More

This hotel is perfectly placed in the picturesque medieval town of Rocamadour. The hotel is located on both sides of the main street with its restaurant overlooking the Alzou gorge. Food is excellent. Our room was no. 19 at the rear of the hotel against the cliff face and had its own (almost) private terrace. Quiet and very comfortable.

At the heart of the Medieval City Rocamadour. A charming place originally from the 15th century. Now with big and modern rooms. I wish w could stay longer. The view from the room is panoramic. The best was the warm welcome of the manager ( maybe the lady owner... ) , like a friend from long time. Come to visit... More

We arrived in Rocamadour with Great Rail Journeys and stayed on a few more days. The hole is a 15th century manor and has been run by the same family for over a 100 years. Once you get used to the menu options the food is v good and the deserts are to die for.Thank you for looking after us... More

Just getting to the hotel is interesting. you have to drive through the stone arch into the pedestrian area, but no problem, going to the hotel gives you the permission needed. Once there, there is a small square to park the car, and when we arrived, a member of staff showing just where to go. As previously mentioned, you have... More
