this is the 3rd time I have taken a group of pilgrims to Lourdes and stayed here. Madame Casein and her entire staff are a credit to Lourdes. The food is fantastic and nothing is left to chance. If you are going to Lourdes please stay here

Rooms are small, no air conditioning when needed, language barrier with the staff. Other than that, the hotel was VERY clean and the beds were VERY comfortable. The hotel was a short walk to the grotto which was good for us/

Hotel is on a quiet street and close to the Grotto(5 minutes walk). It's a clean and nice hotel. Walk in the midnight to and back from the grotto. Hotel has English channels on TV, fast WIFI. Staff are very friendly and polite. Good breakfast. Definitely will recommend to friends and family.

I manage to get to stay here every year the staff are great miss the vest batman ever in ronnie but Catherine is fab and does lots to help

We had a group of 38 persons, on pilgrimage, in this hotel from 18/09 through 22/09/2011. The hotel is beautiful and the staff, especially the Owner Mme Cassin and Manager Jean-Luc very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. the food served to us was exceptional.
