Stayed here twice and more than happy each visit. each time I have been I have gone to as a male helper in the hospital so it is important that our meals are available at unusual times, this hotel satisfied those needs each time, I thought the food was excellent and always looked forward to eating. once the staff got... This hotel is well located, well staffed with great food. The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from the sanctuary. The staff provide great service 24 hours and are very friendly. Finally the food is probably one of the best in the city....please try the duck confit.

It was my first visit to Lourdes and with 3 year old and five months old kids it was very convenient, 2 minutes walk to the sanctuary. Service was excellent. Good English speaking / informative reception. 15 minutes walk to the town centre

Very helpful staff at reception, restaurant, cafe. Good location to visit the Grotte, the room is good value for the price we paid for. The wifi is not working. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit Lourdes.

Dear Madam, Dear Sir, My staff and I we really appreciate your comment, and we have focused on the wifi spot, which wasn't very durable. By the middle of March we will upgrade the connection and migrate to the optic fiber, and the High Speed wifi access. That surely be more convenient. Thanks for taking time to share your experience.... More

I visited Lourdes for a long weekend around mid December 2014... so it was off season and less crowded. If you want to have a peaceful visit I would recommend going there off season (sept - March). The hotel provided us a taxi pick-up from Lourdes airport. This hotel is located almost "next door" to the Rosary Basilica. Also very... More

It was the third visit at this time. The location to the sanctuary is the best. The staff of the reception was friendly, too and was comfortable. The meal in the brasserie was delicious, too. I want to use even next Lourdes visit by all means.

My mother and I went on a trip with the Knights of Malta, Federal Association, from the United States. The employees were so great. I have SEVERE food allergies and the dining staff made sure ALL my food was free from allergens. They even made up cards for us that said in French I had allergies, just in case we... More

Firstly, the location could not be better.. just about 200 yards from the Church and 300 yards from the Grotto. The St Saveur is a 3* Hotel, so don't expect the Ritz. The staff (particularly Liz!) are friendly, prompt and efficient. The Hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms are quite basic and small, but served our purpose. One or two... More

Average hotel, small size of room. The breakfast was not very good. The management should do something about it. The other restaurant at the hotel did not understand English very well. So difficult to communicate. Front desk was very helpful though and the store at the ground floor had many special items for sale with a 10% discount to hotel... More

The hotel is situated less than a 3 minute flat walk to the sanctuary entrance. It is an old (one of the original hotel structures in Lourdes) so the rooms are small and odd shaped as many older hotels in Europe are. They have a restaurant, bar and gift shop. I am always thankful when I have a safe in... More
