If you come to Lourdes by car this not a hotel for you. Whilst the website offers car parking there practical only three/four spaces. On our visit as there were so many cars in the spaces available it was impossible to manoeuvre without damaging your vehicle. The room we were allocated was small and dark without the windows being opened.... More

Room was ok typical Lourdes ambiance, clean & fragrant sheets & towels. Staff are friendly & helpfull with tourists. Overall stay was great except that there is no wifi connection in the room. It was only in the coffeeshop & it was even flactuating.

I stayed in Hotel Sainte Rose last September 2013 with my family. The staff were great and very helpful. We got a room on the 4th floor and it looked very outdated, not what we were expecting because of the pictures we saw on their webiste. I think they have another section where the rooms are newly renovated but the... More

Dear guest, Your are right. Your accomodation was not in the renovated part of Hotel, nevertheless, some pictures on the different websites show both rooms (new room and standard room) so you can have a look on it. The equipment of the rooms are the same. Despite of this we hope you will keep a nice "souvenir" of your stay... More

I recently stayed here as a part of an organised pilgrimage group. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was ample for our needs & were serviced every morning with fresh towels and bed making. The food was superb, buffet style and a great variety. The staff were helpful and very courteous. The areas that need improvement are... More

The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. The bar area is very pleasant with an outside area too. The food was okay, we had buffet, the choice wasn't amazing but what we did eat we enjoyed. The one half of the hotel is a bit dated but the other is really modern, unfortunately our room was on the... More

Just returned from a Pilgrimage to Lourdes. The wonderful hotel we stayed in last year was unfortunately closed due to the damage of the recent flooding. We were slightly apprehensive about this alternate accomodation but it was excellent. The hotel is situated very centrally in Lourdes. On leaving the hotel by different exits you can access the varied directions you... More

Loved our visit to St Rose Lourdes, excellent hotel close to the sancturies. Never ate here as we we're room only but friends said the food was nice, the hotel could be improved by offering some bar food as other hotels in this group in Lourdes like the Solitude. Room was ready on arrival having requested a disabled access room,... More

We arrived and was greeted by a lovely receptionist who spoke English well enough which we appreciated as my French is ok and my other half's French is limited to bonjour. The hotel is situated right next to the domain and is literally a 3 minute walk away. It can be a little noisy but we quickly found the shutters... More
