Just returned from bringing a party of 43 children and 8 adults on pilgrimage to Lourdes. We had to change our hotels due to recent floods in Lourdes. The staff are fantastic and so accommodating and helpful. Foyer and dining room is lovely . Food was overall good as meals in Lourdes hotel tend to be of variable quality. Rooms... More

We had a twin room on the top floor. It was comfortable, clean and the shower was powerful. The view from our balcony was spectacular. Below was the fast moving river Gave and beyond was the funicular ascending the mountain and all this was overshadowed by the snow topped Pyrenees. I can't remember having a better view from a hotel... More

A nice hotel, in a great position with views of the countryside and overlooking the river. Very clean, 24 hour reception with friendly staff always willing to help. Comfy beds. A few hundred yards to the Grotte (Sanctuary) and the churches. Walls a little thin and so you can hear 'various' sounds from other rooms..... Food not great, but cheaper... More

A lovely hotel with fantastic staff who will go out of their way to help with any questions or issues you may have. Bedrooms have all that you would expect and are good size. The hotel is a 10 min walk from the domain which means the area is quite quiet with no noise coming from the restaurants and bars... More

This hotel was a good choice to stay in Lourdes. It was very quiet and the service was good. Single rooms are very, very small and have no view. The staff is very nice! The breakfast is soooo tasty!!!

I have just returned from taking a group of special needs children to Lourdes. Pierre and his team at the hotel are excellent with them and spend time making sure they all have an excellent trip. The hotel is clean and quiet. Slight downside is the food but I have been to toe=her hotels in Lourdes and it is very... More

I booked an appartment (two couples) in this hotel in March 2010 for one night, Friday October 8th. The booking was guaranteed by my credit card. We arrived in France on October 2nd and began to hear about the nationwide strikes that were disrupting many services at the time. I called the hotel on October 3rd and was told to... More

I stayed with friends for a cycling event in July. The rooms are basic, and the bathrooms clean. The staff were very friendly and spoke english too. We only had breakfast in the hotel, and this was basic continental. Parking was across the road and around the corner, but only 1 min walk from the hotel, and we never had... More

I stayed here recently while in the region for the Etape du Tour. Firstly, the food was disgusting and almost inedible: unidentifiable meat drowned in salt to give it some taste (and I have a salty tooth) and veg is pretty much completely absent. Half drunk bottles of wine were left on the tables for our entire stay. Secondly, if... More
