We have stayed here a couple of times previously. Great base to explore the Pyrenees. Beautiful views from our room which had a little balcony. Spotlessly clean & staff were extremely helpful. Dinner very reasonable & good quality produce. Breakfast ok with poor coffee! Some noise from bar next door but not a major issue & have experienced much worse... More

The hotel is just walking distance from the shrine and shops. It has a breathtaking view if you get the rooms facing the river. The problem is just the rooms are extremely small and very basic. It would probably be alright if you were a light packer but for us who brought full sized luggages, it was pretty difficult to... More

Very old world. Nice Location, Nice View but NO AIR CONDITIONING and they have a DISCO right out the window. Sweaty and Quite VS No sleep and LOUD on a weekend day! WIFI iffy and the front desk staff unhelpful with it. Croissants at breakfast the only edible item.

This is the third time we have stayed in this hotel. We have used this hotel because of the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and we have always had a room with a balcony overlooking the Gave river and mouintains. Access to the Grtotto is quick and easy either by foot or by the... Beds were hard, lighting poor, bathrooms small and no air conditioning in the room. COSMOS should think about changing to another hotel, they have over 200 in the Lourdes area. It might be better when the fall comes and is cooler but if you are going in the summer buy a hand fan to keep you cool.

I went with a COSMOS tour to Lourdes in august, 2014. We stayed here for 3 days and the experience was TERRIBLE! The bathrooms were all filled with mold and mildew, in all the cosmos tour room's participants. They refused to clean them after we complained. The noise of the interior rooms did not let any body sleep. They allowed... More

I chose Lourdes due to its proximity to many cycling routes, into the mountains, and I was lucky in my choice of hotels. The location was excellent for me, close to the southern exit of the town and with all the famous cycling mountains close by, but the thing that made my stay so enjoyable was the friendly, helpful staff.... Walking distance to the Grotto so ideally situated. Nice bar and outside terrace for those that smoke. Breakfast was typical continental style but fresh croissants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Ideal for disabled and very accommodating. Next to the river gave and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
