I traveled to Lourdes on my own in the beginning of this month to go hiking near by (Gavarnie). It is conveniently located only 200m walk from the SNCF station. Upon arrival the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to Les Sanctuaires. I had some questions regarding my route to Gavarnie and the staff were... More

As we travelled on by SNCF and we didn't wanna walk for a long distance with our bulky suitcases, we could only consider hotel which is located very near to the Gare SNCF. Ibis Lourdes located 5 minutes walk from the train station. Staffs were very helpful and polite. We got into our first room, but there was a strong... More

Used for Le'Tap cycling event in July. Excellent location a couple of blocks from restaurants and the train station (critical, as our vehicle was left in Pau). Breakfast and dinner were both very traditional. Hotel was an excellent value, with enough room for my bike and myself. Wifi was a little slow, but the shower had lots of hot water... More

The location was superb. Most of the people going to Lourdes are going to the Groto for pilgrimage like us. The reception staff was well versed on helping us how to get to the groto and even provided us some map. The hotels looks maintained well even it looks dated. The downside is the rooms were small and at times... More

I didn't want to spend a great deal of cash and I wanted to be close to the station so the Ibis it was. Friendly reception and cleaning staff. Even though it's November there was a bit of a buzz which I liked. Clean, functional room. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant on the first night - way better... More

Booked in advance, so good value, this typical Ibis was well-situated, less than 10 minutes walk from the sanctuary. Our room was a bit on the small side, but clean and comfortable, and the big plus, as with most Ibis hotels, was that it took dogs (which the sanctuary didn't !). We had to leave Sybil in the room when... More

The Ibis Lourdes is quite close to the main rail station. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The fare is about 1.5E . This is well worth it when you go to the train station from the hotel because it is a steep hill to negotiate with luggage. The accommodation was clean and small. Not much... More
