We stayed for a night only and had to change the room arrangement due to family changing their mind. The staff was helpful, friendly and let us make the changes happily. Rooms were clean and spacious. It was a very decent stay and staff is great. If opportunity comes, we'll stay here again.

This was basically someones condo we rented for the night. You had to make your own bed, of which ours was a convertible sofa and it was rock hard. Not far from the shrine here and the price was cheap. You had to clean up after yourself too. Stay in a regular hotel even if it costs more...

The room is spacious. Nice view from the window and very quiet in this area. Although you need to clean the room and separate all the used towels and beddings before you check out, otherwise you pay. Check out is at 10 AM. The place is a little bit far from the town centre and the sanctuary. My old parents... More

We found this accomodation through TripAdvisor but made the reservation through hotels.com. Stayed there 2 nights, one day exploring Lourdes and the other, driving to the high Pyrenees. This is a kind of apartment house, Very modest but the large studio apartment had a nice balcony. WiFi accessed only at the public area next to the office and guests have... More

The room said it would sleep 6 adults, we were 5 and struggled for space, did no have the breakfast but it looked basic and cold, there is no daily room... More

We booked Residence L'Acacia for a weekend snowboarding trip, we could not find suitable accommodation in Cauterets so booked L’Acacia in Lourdes. We used trip advisor and found favourable reviews but on arrival we found a few problems with the accommodation… : The need to make up your own bed. : A bad smell from the drains in the wet... More

Flew into Biarritz, rented a car and travelled to Lourdes for the weekend. Apartments were clean, spacious and in a quiet neighbour over the railway lines. Plenty of free parking facilities. Receptionist very helpful as were all the staff. if not booked for breakfast it needs to be ordered a day ahead. Downhill to sanctuary which means after a long... More

Good limited service tourist hotel in a pleasant residential neighborhood, a downhill walk to the shrine. Kitchenettes in the rooms, free parking, wheelchair accessibility, limited landscaping, a good base for those intending to stay several days at Lourdes. Grocery store nearby. Appears to be brand new.

We found the apartments to be very quiet, spotless, well furnished, well fitted out with friendly staff, reasonably close to the santuaries and very close to a great bakery. We would definetly stay again.
