A nice hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff. The room was clean with good facilities such as WiFi and TV with canal + . I've seen comments from others on here that the walls are thin and the renovation wasn't well done, but I found it OK and these things won't be an issue on a short stay. I... More

It's an average 3* hotel, but it's a bit far from central Albi, 15' walk. The room was clean, but the bathtub was a bit high to go in. I had no problem but I'm not sure it's ok for the elder. The breakfast was average too.

The shower was tiny, shower curtain instead of a door that sticks to the body. Washing was impossible. The door to the bathroom foldable, almost did not close. Terrible mattress on which it is impossible to sleep. Such unseemly for a hotel with 3 stars.

Eight of us convened at this hotel on September 12. Since were arriving from the US we reserved double comfort room giving us more room for luggage. The rooms were clean, neat and quiet with plenty of room. Free wifi and a nice shower were a plus. It was only a short walk from the hotel to the major tourist... More

Well located, in a quiet street, just a short walk across the River Tarn bridges to the city centre. Reception staff very helpful with advice on tourist highlights and the rooms comfortable and good wi-fi for free! Highly recommended.

The room was rather basic and had seen better days, however Madame was charming and very helpful and if I was rating this on her, then it would get another star. We found a very nice restaurant close by and the breakfast was good. Madame, allowed us to park our bikes in a storeroom below, and as it had started... More

Don't be put off by the exterior of this hotel! Inside it's light, bright and modern. The staff were very polite and helpful and our room was nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Our room had a pleasant aspect over a green area and it was very peaceful during the night. It had private parking and we were able to walk... More

Our large room looked towards the river. It was very quiet and just a short walk downt the street to the Tarn River bridge. The room was comfortable, clean and had a modern bathroom. We liked the hotel because it was just a 5 minute walk from restaurants we wanted to try. Parking was easy just behind the hotel.

Nice small hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean and tidy. Free parking on location was very nice. It was close enough to the sites to be a nice morning walk but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

It is a 10-minute walk into the town across the river, and there are a couple of good-value restaurants near the hotel too, if you don't want to walk back over the river late at night. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English. The parking is free, and we found it quiet at night.
