This was our second visit to Le Manoir and definitely won't be our last, Peter and Orlando are wonderful hosts, we stayed in one of there self catering apartments which gave us the best of both worlds ( having said that we ate there every night!) I realise that 50 euros may sound expensive but we have just spent 2... more

It is in a beautiful spot and the place is lovely. Our room was in the roof and we found it far too hot for sleeping, could do with some air con or fans. Whislt the food was enjoyable, it was not outstanding and overpriced at 50 euros each for a fixed menu, extra for coffe and your pre dinner... more

If you've read A Table in the Tarn and been captivated by the story you have to make time (and money) to fully appreciated everything that Orlando and Peter have created. The book paints a wonderful picture, the experience is just out of this world, setting is superb, food is marvellous and the service is just amazing. We have enjoyed... more

The most wonderful place to spend some time. Peter and Orlando are the perfect hosts, not too intrusive but at the same time always willing to stop and chat, recommend places to visit, talk about the Manoir and its history and so on. We spent 2 nights (next time it will be a week) in one of the chambres on... more

Having followed with great interest the restoration of Le Manoir de Raynaudes in magazine articles during the past four years, a visit has been on our “to do list” for too long. So, as part of our four week tour of France we were delighted to be able to book a three day stay in January. This visit proved to... more

Spent 3 nights at Le Manoir de Raynaudes with family and friends at the end of August and had a perfect break - this is a rare place in which the accommodation and food are of equally high quality, in line with what Le Manoir's website suggests. The accommodation has been thoughtfully designed and is very comfortable. The food was... more

We stayed at Le Manoir for 6 days and wished it could have been longer. The accommodation is lovely and the property is set in a lovely location with nice places to visit nearby. The food cooked by Orlando is of the highest quality and Peter provides an excellent selection of wine and cheese. The hospitality provided is of the... more

Great weekend getaway location. Small 19th century manor house in quiet rural location, converted into a number of high quality rooms and apartments. The location is very tranquil with any interruptions coming from the wildlife and provides a good base to explore the nearby fortified 12th century town of Cordes-sur-ciel and imposing red brick cathedral at Albi. The owners are... more

If you want to escape from the rat race for a while and relax in the sunshine in the south west of France you would struggle to find a better location. Add to that the warm hospitality and the culinary delights from Orlando and Peter I would wager this will be a place you will return to again and again.... more
