We were recommended this hotel by a previous guest, and what a fantastic 'find'. We were greeted with a choice of hotel rooms (!) Our room had a 4 poster bed and was very individually decorated as were the main public areas. Very french, stylish and brilliant central location. Will be staying again in the very near future.

We booked this hotel for 2 nights, based on the favourable reviews on Tripadvisor. That was a mistake. The gloomy interior is furnished with bric-a-brac from junk shops, as was our bedroom. The general impression is one of dust-gathering clapped out furniture. Our en-suite bathroom had an oversized Jacuzzi bath – which we only used to access the shower. Getting... More

The people who ran the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable. The location was very central with free parking nearby. It was nice to have the outside space of the large covered terrace (despite the 'views' of air con units, assorted pipes and flues and the opposite neighbours' junk strewn patio) It was also... More

We arrived on our motorcycle and were offered a lovely double room with an enclosed terrace. The bike was pushed into the conference room and secured for the night! Lovely restaurant across the road with al fresco dining, great food and very attentive staff - excellent value. Breakfast in the hotel after a comfortable sleep was continental style and lots... We picked this hotel because of high ratings on TA and Venere, but were disappointed in a few important respects. First, the positives: the hotel is very conveniently located for enjoying the old town (a ten minute) walk; there is plenty of free parking a block away in what seemed to be a secure situation; and the one woman who... We enjoyed our stay here but don't choose the cheapest room! It's too small and doesn't smell too good. Other rooms are much better. The staff here are lovely and friendly, helpful. It's easy to walk to any part of the old town and free parking is nearby.

The manager of this hotel is lovely, friendly and very helpful. However, our room was pretty awful--very dark and dreary, with furnishings circa 1970. There was a bad smell on the stairs and landing during our 3 night stay, and we never had enough hot water to actually use the tub. One of the very few times I've been so... More

The manager is extremely helpful. We were in Albi for a wedding and the hotel was taken over by guests - he set up a room with iron, board and hangers, etc. - proactive accommodation of guests' needs. Our room was great - king-size bed with Audrey Hepburn keeping watch. Recommend lights out in the bathroom to get the full... More

Stayed at the hotel while visiting Albi for a wedding. Lovely, small hotel in city centre, walking distance from the historic centre of Albi with loads of bars and restaurants close by. Good value for the price. The staff speak pretty good english and were very helpful both in terms of info about things and also for making reservations etc.... More

Used this hotel as our base of operations on a golf holiday. Good choice. Great location closeby the old city. Plenty of bars and good food nearby. Comfortable rooms and reasonably priced.
