Great place for a stop-over. Just 2 minutes walk from the centre and secure underground parking makes this place a number one for any tourer. A nice budget hotel with friendly, helpful staff. If all you want is a base to set out from then this place is perfect.

Only stayed for one night while we explored around Verdun and the reviews seemed ok. On arrival we were handed the keys and the TV remote which seemed unusual. Reception pointed the way to the underground garage and that was that. Left to find our own way to the rooms. By this time I was not expecting much so was... More

Do not waste your money on this hotel, the rooms are very small and not how the pictures describe they are dirty and the paintwork is all chipped , there was only one power point, rooms were like a prison cell we did not stay but had to pay 106 euros before they would open the garage to get our... I've stayed at hotels with far more stars but providing not much more service. The double bed occupied most of the tiny little room, so if we had been two persons that would have been a certain geometrical problem. Staff friendly and helpful, garage access was easy and most useful. Bed was OK - but not much more. Shower was... More

For one thing, it's cheap. And it sure doesn't look like much when you pull up in front of it in your rented car. In fact, a couple of us wondered whether to even go inside. But as it turned out, we're glad we did. The tiny front office is staffed by the nicest people, a garage door is opened... More

Excellent location a five minute walk to the riverside and town centre. We parked on the street directly outside the hotel. We had a room with a balcony which was excellent for a drink before/after sightseeing. Room small and bare (no drawer space) but comfortable. Bathroom also very small with a sliding door but clean Breakfast a standard tray of... More

A centrally based hotel, within walking distance of centre of lovely town, full of riverside bars and restaurants. Room was very small, but exceptionally clean; tiny bathroom but immaculately clean also. We were there for a few days' sightseeing, so were not spending time in room, so effectively, size did not matter! Continental breakfast kept us going until lunch.

We stayed here for one night as part of a road trip round Europe and picked Verdun as a convenient stopover between Calais and Zurich. Very convenient as just off the motorway and the hotel was easy to find. Room wasn't huge but it had everything we wanted and the staff were very nice and helpful. A short (pleasant) walk... More

Very basic facilities, with tiny rooms and smaller en-suites. Breakfast consists of a pre-prepared plate of bread, croissant, madelein, coffee, butter and jam. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but is only a short walk from the riverside area of Verdun. On the plus-side - there is garage parking (at a €6 charge) although we got a deal for... More
