I have probably stayed in a worse room somewhere in the world, but I can't remember when? We had no choice but to book, it was the only room on offer for our stopover between Bavaria and Calais. So we took the last remaining room, meant for a family. Very large and in the annex, which is like a cement... More

My friends and I are WW1 history fans and we went to see the forts surrounding Verdun. I checked around and found this hotel, it looked clean and comfortable and in exactly the right place for our tour. But as we all know pictures can be deceiving and misleading. We had traveled from Doncaster to Ypres in Belgium then traveled... More

Looks like a 'classic' French hotel from the images however is very tired. Located on the edge of town. Room was in an extension from the main building. This was obviously built on a budget, Lino flooring everywhere which contributed to noise levels. Breakfast very basic, save your money and use a more modern 'budget' hotel. Didn't meet my expectations... More

Although Verdun is not a very tourist area (it was many decades ago because of the families and relatives visiting war cemeteries) it was difficult to find accommodation. Tiger Hotel was the only option left... The hotel is OK, the only problem is that the carpet that covers all the floor doesn't seem very clean giving you an impression of... More

We stayed one night - 2 adults and 2 children. The room was clean with no frills. One bed for the children was in a loft area which they loved but I had misgivings about the metal ladder to climb up. The staff was friendly and breakfast was basic European style - not real fancy but good. My only dislike... More

Well appointed room with comfortable bed. High standard of cleanliness throughout. I can reccomend this hotel very highly and will stay again when I visit the area. Lock up garage for motorbikes and bicycles.

Good hotel, nearby the battle Files. The citadel of verdun is about 10 walking minuten away. Reception speaks perfect English. Personeel is very helpfull and friendly. Breakfast is typical ffrench. Don't exact to much as iT is overprized. The rooms a ok. Remember that it is a 2 star hotel.

This two star hotel exceeded our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, the helpful staff, and the breakfast. We enjoyed our two night stay there and would come back any time. Easy walk into town.

Every thing we expected and such good value. We are traveling Europe for three months, and have huge amount s of luggage, so we were delighted to have a ground floor room and no invasive noise from fellow guests.

Close to WW1 sites and a good deal. Bathroom was much larger than the typical Europe br and the internet was easy to access. As others stated, the noise from the club was loud and idiots revving their motorcycles was a problem. Upon unplanned late arrival (just after 10 pm), front door was still open, looked like an employee standing... More
