Just an awesome hotel, the personnal is pretty good, smiling and profesionnal. Nice Talking with the manager for my last day, nice person and he knows how to take care of his guests. The rooms are pretty nice, clean and quiet. Nothing else to say except it was a perfect stay for me and my friends. I advise you to... More

Very basic hotel which claims to be remodelled, but very little remodelization is showing. The bathroom fittings and equipment (hairdrier, etc. - feels like a public toilet) are old. The room fan barely worked and it was a hot weekend. The beds were comfortable. The elevator is very tiny, but when you think of tiny think of the paid parking... More

Our family stayed in the quad room, which was cramped, and a standard double room, which was under an extremely loud and busy stairwell. The receptionist was accommodating, and the hotel was in a nice part of town, next to one of the best restaurants in Metz. Overall, pretty clean, good value, but loud.

We enjoyed our stay. Bed was very comfortable. Room and bathroom are nice and clean. Small, of course, with only combo body wash/shampoo in dispenser in shower; this seems to be European standard. No air conditioning. Carpet was a bit tired. Booked at last minute when we got tired driving and checked in late (11 pm); the staff member on... More

Easy to walk to the hotel from the train station and not to far to walk to the center of town. The hotel desk manager was very nice and answered the emails I sent in a very timely manner. This is listed as a two star hotel but would say it should be a three star, amenities are minimal but... More

Metz is a beautiful city for a start ............ . this hotel sits right in the city centre and has car parking if you can't find a space on the street outside. I arrived late on a Sunday afternoon and had a good room and free onstreet parking till 9am the following day. Only breakfasts available at the hotel but... More

A nice and a cheap hotel according to french standards. The personnel are friendly, it offers parking which is important in France. It is also centrally located, thus 10 minutes walk to the center, and 5 minutes to the train station. Breakfast needs to be booked separately.

This is a basic hotel. Very functional, everything works. The room was updated and nicely organized for us. Very clean and housekeeping did a great job. The proprietor was very personable and on the property every day, took our reservation by email. When we arrived he came out and directed me into the garage. Also, when we arrived the proprietor... Great location near station & Pompidou Centre - walkable distance to centre of Metz. Very friendly and helpful staff - owner of this small hotel on reception desk every day during our stay. Clean, basic rooms. Quiet hotel. Reasonable variety for breakfast (usual Continental style). Remember this is only a 2 star hotel but you get your moneys worth and... More

We wanted somewhere to stay over returning to Calais from Bavaria, and the location and price were a factor in choosing this hotel. First impression was that the hotel was a little dreary and old, however the staff were very good and helpful, parking was easy and it was in close proximity to the city centre. Family room was a...
