My friends and I liked this Hotel very much, it was very clean, the staff was very friendly, however my bank card was charged twice. Would stay here again if they can remedy the situation. Booked our rooms through booking.com

Dear Mister Rust, You stayed in our hotel last week end and we are pleased to read you enjoyed your stay. We just checked but don't find a double payment. We have made a pre authorization, as for every reservation, on January 30th and then you paied the rooms on the31st. But your card has not been charged twice. We... More

As it was almost 40 degrees we decided to choose this very well located hotel because it had a swimming pool. But once arrived there I only saw pigeons inside so I did not go. The bed and bathroom are OK and clean, the room a bit old but I can't complain. If you are allergic or asthmatic, take your... More

Good location. But Building tired, staff not helpful , and Breakfast terrible. Food almost ran out half way during breakfast , despite asking could not get a bowl for cereal. And, when subsequently checking out, the couple before me were refusing to pay the Eur 12.50 for breakfast because it had been so bad , the receptionist was quite rude.... More

The location of the hotel in the centre of the old town was good. Parking facilities were available and free for clients of the hotel. The room was a bit shabby with furniture that needed an overhaul. The bathroom likewise. Everything was there, but in a deplorable state. The corridors en the lifts are filthy, with wall covers sagging. In... More

We booked this Hotel for a weekend break to Metz intending to visit the City and spend some time relaxing by the pool - that was a big mistake. The Pool is a health hazard and clearly has not been in service for a long time - which I think should be clearly stated on the Hotels profile! The Hotel... More

On our way from the south of France we wanted a stop/stay over in Metz. We had a "family room" (two of us slept on a couch converted to double bed). The room was clean and quiet. Good: The hotel is in the city center but the highway can be reached in only a few minutes. The hotel is conveniently... More

The hotell hallways smells like drugs, the wallpapers were comming down the walls, and the pool did not seem to have been cleaned singe the early 18th century. The water outside the pool is the mosel, but to make clear an "out-of-the-way corner of mosel", which during our stay was compleatly filled with all rubbish from the river, like old... More

To honest I don't remember much of this hotel. We were passing through, it was dark when we got to Metz, and we just wanted a place to rest our weary heads. The building was historic and very interesting. After a meal the waiters brought us brandy and wine as we sat outside at midnight, by the cathedral in the... More

This hotel needs refurbishing and thorough maintenance. It is dirty, noisy and we didn't even bother to try the breakfast. The pool cannot be used. There is pigeon poo everywerein the courtyard. Junks or drunks make lots of noise during the night in the courtyard. We booked a double bed and this was confirmed but on arrival we got two... More

A great hotel for a night when travelling. It was clean, comfortable and quirky. There was a mantelpiece at the end of a corridor (no fireplace)! There was hessian wallpaper in the corridors and a hotch potch of skirting boards. Some were brown, others white, some short others deep with unfinished edges. The car park was easy to find but...
