Stayed at this hotel on way to Switzerland and it was good value, bedroom was small, bathroom tiny, but it was clean and tidy and served the purpose for 2 weary travellers perfectly

Stayed in this hotel overnight with a group. Very good hotel, good food, clean rooms a bit basic but what you expect from this type of hotel.

Unfortunately the elevator in the hotel was not working and our room was on the fourth floor. The desk clerk was very nice, offered us assistance or a room at another ibis in Metz. This town is really worth while visiting , stayed here on our way home while travelling thro' France. Excellent location; and very helpful staff ; had room facing the street and people were noisy; have stayed here before and last time had room facing river - much quieter ! front desk were very helpful and spoke fluent english

Enjoyed our stay. Resuarant was excellent. The hotel was located at the centre of this beautiful city. Metz is well located for a stopover on the way to Austria. The hotel was well run and the staff very helpful. We were able to make a brief tour of the centre of the city before travelling on.
