This was my first visit buit it won't be my last. I stayed just one night, on my own, on my way to Switzerland. I could not have been made more welcome. The room was amazing - large ground floor with small outside seating area. The restaurant was lovely - a bit of a maze of small rooms which made... More

it was our 2. time here and it was as we remembered, huge Park, romantic environment and room. Our room was spacious with a big window in the bathroom and bedroom, light and friendly colors and a great service. We were spoiled with fresh fruit juice and cake ! A stroll around the Park and watching the birds for a... More

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Take a little time to understand the Chateau`s location as it is a little way of the main road but if you enter either the hotels longitude and latitude or its correct address into a modern sat nav its all no problem. Had diner in the restaurant and its a solid one star experience.... More

We used this chateau as a one night stop over on a drive to Zurich from London. It was initially difficult to find as I saw the sign for Luneville and ignored the SatNav, but with the help of the locals we found it eventually, should have listened to the SatNav. Bit of a quirky drive along a long track... More

I have never been disappointed in a R&C property but, as the saying goes, there's always a first time. First, the difficulty we found in locating the "Chateau" was not the best of starts: our Sat/Nav proved useless. This place is very much off the beaten track which I don't usually mind but better directions would have been helpful. The... More

We had a nice stay, but this is more of a family house atmosphere than a relais. No real check in or much of a public space. We took a jr suite which was spacious and comfortable. Food terrific and well served. Not much to do in the area so best for one night. People who complain about the prices... More

Called here on spec, got a good deal on the room, which was in what I assume was the old stables. The room was very clean and had excellect facilities, but the bed was truly amazingly comfortable. We didnt eat in the restaurant, but had breakfast, which was delightful, a real pleasure. Pool was good and the gardens stunning. Would... More

We were traveling with our baby and had to stop around Nancy. We selected the closest Relais-Chateaux and ended up there. Overall we would have rated this experience excellent, if only the final bill had not been ridiculous. The restaurant? It was definitively one of our best diners in the last 12 months. Very creative, very tasty, very fine, first... More

On our journeys to and from Italy we usually have a watering hole near to Calais and a second stop in the Alsace - we always try to find somewhere new - Chateau d'Adomenil was booked via Relais et Chateau. It is in a rather remote part of Luneville, and without the signs (they just say Adomenil) and a Sat... More

Beautiful Chateau with attentive friendly staff. This really would be the perfect overnight stop when driving from Calais to Munich. Such a peaceful and soothing place after a long drive. We were lucky with hot weather and the gardens and swimming pool were a treat. But.... and it is a big but. The price of dinner is just simply ridiculous.... More
