The room was clean but quite worn, for the price we payed it was good value. Just what we needed for a quick one night stop in Nancy. Easy to find free parking just across the street (middle of the week in May). Very friendly staff. Be aware that the reception (and front door) is not open around the clock,... More

I stayed for a month at Residhome. The salient point that wants me to check in this hotel again is the friendly staff. The staff is so accommodating and they try their best to help the residents. Especially for travellers who are not versant with French and the locality, they helped us to find nearby restaurants and other places of... More

Nice clean and well-appointed room. The kitchenette is covered with all basic needs including double burner stove top, refrigerator and microwave and well laid out. There is a very good full service grocery store in the next block, so it is very easy to prepare our meals in the kitchenette. Reception and staff are multi lingual and friendly. They give... More

The Hotel had a good location only a few minutes walk over a bridge to the town. The beds and the amount of space made for a comfrtable stay for the two of us, more space than a normal hotel . have stayed at a couple of Apart hotels and this is the norm for them. Staff where very friendly... More

Recently we've been choosing apartments for city breaks rather than hotels as they are more comfortable if you want a rest from pounding the streets &, for more than 2, can be quite economical. This was a disappointment. We started badly as the reception was closed & the instructions we had been sent on how to gain access were incorrect.... More

We arrived early in the morning after having stayed at the Residhome Metz for a couple of nights. Luckily our room was already available. This time we did get the studio room, which was smaller than any Ibis hotel room I've ever stayed at. Again the bed was way too small for two people sharing, and here the mattress was... More

The area, of redeveloped land with modern apartment buildings, is not far from the centre, and is tidy, architecturally dull yet fresh. There is a cinema complex nearby. My room had a small kitchenette, a medium sized bathroom and a small bedroom with sofa bed. Windows are double-glazed and shuttered. Decor is motel-level basic, functional. Breakfast was ok with good... More

We spent a night here on the way back from our holiday, and the accommodation was fine, if just a little soulless. Both the reception staff I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. The one bed apartments have a small kitchen with 2 hotplates, a microwave, a sink and a reasonable sized fridge with an icebox inside. You will... More
