I felt like I was really in France. Beautiful french style hotel. Friendly staff, even though English is limited. Great Breakfast over looking a nice garden. Loved the rooms. Great location a short walk from Stanislaus square and all the shops. Tram to directly to railway station. Wifi available. Recommend this hotel.

What an experience. Next to a rather austere cathedral this gem has "monk" like rooms with modern facilities. The bells ring. The hotel has wireless 3 star as noo restaurant. Vey near Stanislaus. On tram line. Really loved this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel which is next to the Cathedral and a block from Stanislaus square, a huge plaza with many restaurants and shops. The front desk check in was smooth although the young lady who helped us had very little English. The hotel renovations have been nicely done with a very modern elevator, good bed, nicely... More

If you value clean rooms, healthy breakfast, quietness and considerate service do not stay here. I've been visiting Nancy quite often on my business trips and have so far always been staying at the charming Grand Hotel de La Reine. This time, unfortunately, my usual was fully booked, they then recommended me l'Hotel des Prelats, as it is close by.... More

We are not closed to criticism when it is constructive and respectful especially. I sincerely regret your determination to post the most virulent and highly exaggerated criticisms against us. This practice is outrageous, offensive and defamatory. I must admit that your review is really different with the vast majority of previous opinions. However, it is your own feelings and we... More

The best the hotel has to offer is staff and their service. The front desk staff is very helpful and kind with suggesting restaurants, room requests, and more. They are definitely the hotel's best asset. The room was a bit disappointing as it was very tired looking, and didn't look like the hotel's website pictures. The room wasn't bad, but... More

We had warm welcome and very confortable room even thow this one was a bit tight. The receptionists changed but they were all caring and very precautious. making reservations for visits and advising good restaurants.

I would second the reviewer who reviewed this hotel as being GREEDY with their cancellation policy. We booked and cancelled this hotel within a few hours via Booking.com --two days in advance -- and did not realize that we would be charged the full rate, plus tax, until we got our credit card statement. We are guilty of not seeing... More

It’s a charming boutique hotel, set in a 17th century Episcopal building. It has a refined modern interior design with a romantic note, using historical quotations and precious accents made by some antique pieces: the overall effect is wonderful. The hotel is located a few steps (100 m) from the magnificent Place Stanislas, in the very centre of the town.... More

Great hotel overall. Wonderful convenient location next door to the cathedral and in front of the tram stop. Very lovely attractive comfortable clean room, Very helpful staff. Was better than I expected. I would have liked to have an electrical outlet available without having to unplug something and crawl around on the floor to find an outlet to charge my... More

This boutique hotel is the former palace of the archbishop of Nancy, who evidently now sleeps somewhere else but there is a fair bit of modern stained glass in the rooms to remind you. I had a four poster but everything else was very modern. Two gripes: there were no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms and it was a bit... More
