This is a great, renovated 15th century building next to the cathedral in Nancy. The rooms are nicely redone. We had an end one with a substantial amount of formerly exterior stone wall. It sits on a busy street, but noise was minimal. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is fairly close to the train station, virtually across from Stanislaus... More

We stayed here for one night on our way back to Calais from Alsace. The location is excellent with the main sights being within easy walking distance. Parking across the road was simple and convenient. The room was comfortable and quiet. This is not always the case in city centre hotels. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Front of house... Very nice hotel in an old house (XVIIth century) on a small square near the cathedral. We slept there twice. Nice rooms, excellent bed, nice bathroom with bathtub but no fridge. Free wifi. Very good breakfast looking into a flowery garden. Very pleasant staff. The cherry on top was that we could park for the night right in front of... More

The room was really lovely, well decorated with a four poster bed and a great bathroom. There was a bath that had mixer taps with shower, but not the facility for a stand up shower (not unless you have someone prepared to shower you down!) There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room which was disappointing. The... More

I felt like I was really in France. Beautiful french style hotel. Friendly staff, even though English is limited. Great Breakfast over looking a nice garden. Loved the rooms. Great location a short walk from Stanislaus square and all the shops. Tram to directly to railway station. Wifi available. Recommend this hotel.

What an experience. Next to a rather austere cathedral this gem has "monk" like rooms with modern facilities. The bells ring. The hotel has wireless 3 star as noo restaurant. Vey near Stanislaus. On tram line. Really loved this hotel.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel which is next to the Cathedral and a block from Stanislaus square, a huge plaza with many restaurants and shops. The front desk check in was smooth although the young lady who helped us had very little English. The hotel renovations have been nicely done with a very modern elevator, good bed, nicely... More

If you value clean rooms, healthy breakfast, quietness and considerate service do not stay here. I've been visiting Nancy quite often on my business trips and have so far always been staying at the charming Grand Hotel de La Reine. This time, unfortunately, my usual was fully booked, they then recommended me l'Hotel des Prelats, as it is close by.... More

We are not closed to criticism when it is constructive and respectful especially. I sincerely regret your determination to post the most virulent and highly exaggerated criticisms against us. The best the hotel has to offer is staff and their service. The front desk staff is very helpful and kind with suggesting restaurants, room requests, and more. They are definitely the hotel's best asset. The room was a bit disappointing as it was very tired looking, and didn't look like the hotel's website pictures. The room wasn't bad, but... More
