The rooms are a good size in this modern hotel situated on the outskirts of the city. The room was clean and had double glazed windows which cut out noise from the nearby freeway. The restaurant served us good meals. I had the beef fillet, the best I've had in a long time. Some of our group went to alternative... More

Because we were here to watch the "tour de France "we booked this hotel first out of all the countries we visited. It was very close to the train station which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. However when we went to our room we were given two single beds in a room with a view of a... More

I'd first like to thank the people who work in this hotel. All of them were very helpful, kind and attentive. All the staff, from the réception Till the breakfast room. Breakfast very complete. It st rue the hotel should be a bit refurbished. And maybe also mention on the site that there are workshop around the hotel and till... More

the location is the biggest and the one of 2 assets of the hotel being across from the train station. The other asset is the very nice reception staff. Other than that, it is not worth the money. the breakfast area is a chaos, the room is dirty, the amenities are poor and the furniture is old. I requested non... More

From the station, I found the hotel very easily and I was checked in efficiently by a welcoming Receptionist. The deco was corporate, clean, well maintained and there is a pleasant bar with a pool table. After taking the elevator, I arrived at my room and was pleasantly surprised by the generous proportions and that it was toasty warm because... More

This hotel is not a good choice! We spent one night and found it to be very dirty (particularly the carpet), with tired furnishings! The bed was uncomfortable and needed a new mattress. Very limited amenities. Location is good, but would look for somewhere else next time.

Stayed here one night, a Friday night in August, as part of a party that used several rooms. The regular rooms are a bit small by American standards, but the "upgrade" rooms were spacious. The beds run firmer than most American properties. The property location I found quite handy - easy walk from the train station, and an easy walk... More

When you come by car : go for the SNCF RAILWAY station. It took us one hour to find number 11 of rue Raymond Poincare since this is not known by the GPS system and the centre of Nancy is mostly one way streets. Everything is there in this hotel, only all is a little bit used and out of... More

When I was young I was told that there was a beautiful little town in France called Nancy. So when we decided to go that way I was excited. The room was ok. Kind of disappointing. The pillows were so small. I have never seen pillows as small and flat. Luckily I brought my own. "Oh those Americans." I can... More

Good location in the center but the amenities are not great. Just across the street Europe Car. Quite old, could be better. Wifi working hard, you need to buy extra to have decent speed. Expected more from a Radisson, should not return next time.
