This hotel is in a good location and we didn't really have problem with cleanliness but the abrupt manner in which we were treated as guests was our major gripe. The attitude was essentially-pay up-front, mandatory chargeable breakfast-take it or leave it. The listing in a major travel guide may explain this attitude. The staff first raised our rates the day before our revival and told us that it was because we had not confirmed in time, although we had confirmed weeks in advance.
