Basic room, small functional kitchenette with good sized bathroom. Fairly comfortable but overlooking the busy road so very noisy. Wifi isn't free, and despite several requests to the receptionist, ours didn't work until the night before we left. A good 15 minutes walk (uphill) to the city centre but there is a good bus service. I would stay again, but... More

Travelling europe... Needed a stop over for 1 night. Receptionist not helpful at all. Didn't understand English. Whilst trying to find out where to park. Bumped up on the curb which ripped the tyre. Needed help more than ever. (Managed to find an amazing guy in Dominos pizza!) Parking is awkward. Getting into this place is awkward. It was very... More

They lie about the parking! We call them because the reception is closed and they answer is our problem, another guest showed us where to get the key and she use her code because they never send us one, the room smells like a dead rat, there is not air conditioner and is about 35 degrees, the sofa bed is... Clever photography. The apartment looked fine and spacious. Smaller than a standard hotel room with a fold down bed to create enough space to move around. There is no mechanical air circulation and being on the top floor the rooms were stifling, The only part of the system that worked was the thermometer which read 31C. No choice but to... More

Arriving. Easy enough to get to - the satnav takes you directly to within 50 yards, but look for the sign because it's easy enough to drive past the entrance before you notice. The lobby isn't too well signposted, but park up in what looks like a service entrance (big green area in the picture with this review), or a... More

Value for money. Family of four 60 Europe. Perfect for us only stopping over one night travelling. Room- large, bed not comfortable, older room, kitchenette a bit on the dirty side, smoky smell Location - along river. Didn't cross any grocery stores on our walk, but a pretty walk. Free car parking. Recommend a walk across the little bridge and... More

I stayed there for 1 night while in France working away. I was actually nicely surprised as the pictures on the site were not very flattering but it was actually very clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing night after a long day. The kitchenette had everything that I needed (I used the fridge and the microwave), the... More

After flying into Limoges and collecting our hire car, we overnighted at Appart'City, before driving down to spend a week in the Lot Valley. We found arriving and leaving, within their reception open hours, to be very efficient. Rooms were a good size and well equipped, making a one night stay very comfortable. Position was lovely, with the hotel being... More

My wife and I had tried to book ourselves into another hotel in Limoges where we had stayed earlier this year. But it was closed for most of December. So, we chose Appart'City on the basis of other reviews and because we wanted to see how closely it matched the Roomzzz chain that we have used in Leeds, UK. It... More

We stayed here en route to the south-west...because it was only a night we were not looking for luxury and the appart'city room was fine for the four of us...the room was clean and everything worked. The location, on the banks of the Vienne, is good and there is plenty of parking at the end of the cul-de-sac. There were... More
