We are late posting this as we stayed in sep 2013, what a location and the rooms, breakfast on the terrace and the staff were all fantastic. The only thing we would change was the time was too short, next time we would stay a lot longer. Thank you to a great hotel and staff

We spent a lovely weekend at this charming hotel which is conveniently located. Our room and bathroom were spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated. Eric and Michel are wonderful, courteous hosts and made us feel welcome. We will definitely come back ! Despite the fact that wifi on the third floor was rather poor and the hotel has no private... The owners Erik and Francois were just fabulous and the hotel divine. Recently remodelled, not at all "tiny/French rip off" as many French hotels can be, beautifully decorated and great food (breakfast and dinner) Uzes is also a great place to visit - close to amazing places like the aqueduct , Nimes and it's Colisseum, Avignon, Arles etc - it's... We spent two nights in the 'chambre d'hôte' across the road that the hotel also owns and runs. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, with one of the owners coming with us to park our car and then carrying our bags up to our room. We slept in one day and missed the breakfast cut... More

Our second visit to this beautiful little Hotel and our second meal. Unfortunately we did not experience the delights of the breakfast. On arrival the owner greeted us with his usual beaming smile, pigeon English and bags of enthusiasm. The entrance had been rearranged since last year and sadly no sign of their dog (I did not ask just in... More

We did not stay at the hotel but ate a delicious dinner. Our host was beyond charming. After choosing our meal, we asked for advice on a local wine and he simply shook his head in affirmation and came back with a bottle. It was excellent and a reasonable price. The menu is fairly broad; a three course prix fixe,... More

Despite arriving late on a Sunday evening as Mr. Hyde, rather than my usual Dr. Jekyll (thanks to a long and difficult drive from Bordeaux), we were very well received by the friendly owners of this wonderful, small, cosy hotel. Nothing seems too much trouble for Eric and François, and they were happy to welcome our Tibetan Terrier who travels... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful little hotel. It's location is perfect for walking everywhere night and day. The rooms are beautifully furnished in keeping with the period of the building and still offer everything you need. We had a little balcony overlooking the side street which led to local houses and little boutique shops. The breakfast was... More

My family (husband, two young kids and I) enojyed an excellent meal here during the Fete Votive. We ate outside in perfect weather and our kids were able to run and see the bulls between courses. The service was very good. The owner came over and was concerned about our enjoyment of the meal. He was also very nice to... More

Stayed just one night on our way through the South of France. This is an amazing place, beautiful rooms, lovely restaurant and delightful hosts. Would recommend unreservedly. We arrived late evening during a festival when parking was difficult. Eric the owner made us very welcome, even carried a table out into the street so we could eat and watch the... More
