A very pleasant hotel in a quieter location of Perpignan.We stayed 6 nights whilst touring the area.The rooms were clean but on the smallish side and therefore rather claustrophobic. booked via Europe Hotels Reservation - hotel raised rate by 5 euros/night despite restaurant being closed, ran out of breakfast and charged for complimentary coffee because it was not brought up to my room. Not a happy experience and not a credit to Best Western. more
