“Very grotty hotel in grotty town.”

We stayed partially informed by review in 2009 lonely planet guide to the languedoc region. Completely misinformed. Shabby, no blankets, one small towel between two people, dodgy characters hanging around. Perpignan itself is not an attractive place. Would bypass completely next time!!!
