There was no air conditioning (not turned on until summer, so the staff told us….but friends staying on the first floor had air conditioning). The room was hot even with the window open. Our almost non-existent wifi (paid) was a huge inconvenience, since wifi was one of the reasons we booked here. The staff came to our room 4 times... More

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of cycling holiday. Good location. Apart from that everything else horrible. Our room was tiny. No pillow cases, toilet seat broken, only one bath and hand towel for two of us for 3 night stay. Rooms tiny, had little kitchen and unable to shut kitchen door to bedroom as bed in way as... More

Excellent value for money. The studios are clean, the bed comfortable, plenty of storage space, loads of hot water and great shower pressure. Having read other reviews I wasn't expecting WiFi in the room. In fact the receptionist told me that WiFi was only available in reception. I was pleasantly surprised to have good WiFi in the room. Any shortcomings... More

Surprisingly little choice of hotels in Narbonne. Hence our stay here. We stopped over for one night on a road trip through France, returning to the UK from Corsica via a westerly route. Appreciate the need for security but we found the car park, particularly was difficult to exit, when we were leaving. The room itself was fine, if a... More

Plus points are that it is clean, is within 10 minutes of the noteworthy tourist sites; given the dreary off-season evening dining scene in Narbonne, having cooking facilities is a plus. The double-glazing cuts out most of the street noise; the beds are comfortable if a bit soft; parking is freely available; the cost is €60 including taxes and parking.... More

6 South African couples in our 60's booked 3 rooms for one night - Saturday 4th October- the rooms were very pleasant and well equipped. A taxi took us to the hotel as we had just finished a 7 day barge trip - we would not have seen the hotel entrance too easily. The only place to get Wifi was... More

The Apart City Hotel is located opposite the Palais de Justice but it's signage isn't too good and it is therefore easily missed. Don't try to check in prior to the agreed 15:00 hrs as the reception is closed from 12:00-15:00. There is only one receptionist and it is a busy apartment block so you can often stand waiting for... Close to the city sentre and old district (with cathedral restaurants etc) only 5 minutes walk away, and with cheap parking on site (3E) this is a clean, central, and decently appointed hotel for a plain and simple accommodation - the rooms have fridges, microwaves, cooking facilities and even a sink and mini dishwasher, so perfect for cheap stays with... Hotel is very central. Could not accommodate us for parking, so had to park in parking bay or on the street.. Room very clean and tidy.. No room service while staying there.. Door locks very tricky till you got used to it.. Staff very polite, no wifi in room, random people sat around in foyer.. We had 2rooms for 4... More

Oly stayed one night, but was very happy with location, cleanliness and general set up of appartment/room. Entrance to room key was a bit tricky, otherwise no complaints. Very handy for a short stay. Car park was full but we managed to park on a side street outside building, and it was free. Would definitely stay here again if visiting... More
