This hotel is a 20 minute very pleasant walk along the Canal de la Robine into the centre of Narbonne. It's a lovely setting where you can walk in the other direction along the canal path or sit and watch boats going through the lock. The rooms are huge with a little kitchen area and a jacuzzi. Very unusual architecture... More

We really enjoyed our recent holiday in Narbonne! The hotel staff could not have been more helpfulThe hotel was great. We arrived after midnight so the reception was closed. They arranged with us to leave key and instructions in an envelope cello taped to the window inside the porch. We had amazing weather in the thirties,so really hot! Narbonne is a lovely city... More

Our room was on the 3rd floor and came with a huge patio. The room was huge even for American standards. The patio was probably supposed to have a view of the canal but the dominating sight was definitely the train tracks across the canal. The canal itself was hidden behind the moulin and was barely visible. It wasn’t too... More

Thanks to Trip Advisor reviews, we found this good hotel slightly off the main area of Narbonne on Ile de Gua. The hotel was on a canal on the edge of Narbonne in a charmingly rural setting. The hotel keepers were exceedingly helpful and friendly. One even came to our room in response to a distress call to show us... More

Modern hotel in quiet canal-side location. Our room was large but not well cleaned - dirty bathmat, dead spider in the bath, dusty cobwebs on the window-blinds. We enjoyed dinner at the adjacent Brasserie du Moulin but it was quirky - a hot cream of asparagus soup with cold asparagus pieces in it, coquilles St Jacques cooked beautifully but with... More

We spent two nights at the hotel through the Road Scholar program. The hotel is clean and the staff very personable and helpful. The rooms are large with a nice openness to them. We were pleased by the staff whose efforts to assured us a wonderful dinner the night we arrived and a very early breakfast on the day we... More

The place was was very well equipped with a fantastic restaurant ajoining the hotel. The rooms were very large and the garden was sesational wright on the canal. The walk into town was very nice along the canal with boats lining the sides. We enjoyed it very much.

We spent a week here in August having previously identified Narbonne as a possible winter location. We had a lovely reception, easy car parking, large bedroom overlooking the canal with secluded balcony and a jacuzzi in the bedroom. We ate once in the adjoining restaurant which was excellent. The staff were all so very helpful to British visitors with only... More

A wonderful, modern hotel which only offers two types of rooms "suits" and "prestige suites". Both are well appointed with a Jacuzzi, modern shower and a small kitchen. In the adjacent water mill, there is a very pleasant restaurant serving fresh and typical dishes five nights a week. Central Narbonne is about 10 minutes by foot, but the lovely quiet... More
