We arrived fairly late in the day looking for a place to rest and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We found the staff extremely helpful and accommodating. The attached restaurant is excellent with a good menu and helpful staff. Some of the food is cooked open plan meaning the chef was... More

We stayed here two nights as we wanted somewhere slightly outside the centre of town so we could explore the region. The room is very small but extremely cheap, clean and comfortable. We loved having a bath so we could bath our 4 year old but also a shower for ourselves. The breakfast in the mornings was great and convenient,... More

We have stayed here frequently over many years and this hotel has grown in popularity so best to book in advance. Parking can be difficult if arriving later in the evening as the large gated car park can get full. Once again a very good stop on our travels.

This was a late check-in en route to smattering places but served us well. A fee unduly welcome from the desk around midnight and the chance to unwind with a beer after a long drive south were welcome. Entering the room needed forethought as the rooms are really small and the toilet/shower room even more of a challenge. Shower curtains... More

After wandering around Narbonne to locate the hotel I had booked into (another Ibis Hotel but not this one) and discovering it was closed for the better part of the day....I stumbled upon this one by accident. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming nor more helpful. They let me use the internet to contact the booking site. They helped... More

A very small room for your €93, inexplicably without a waste paper basket in the bedroom (this seems to be another crackpot penny-pinching policy from Ibis, as does the combined shampoo and gel in can’t-steal-me packs). The badly scratched desk isn’t that unusual, either. On the upside, reception and wait staff were very pleasant and helpful, apart from a stony-faced... More
