I rang the hotel and was offered a better price than anything I could find online. The staff have been superb. The location is right at the heart of Narbonne. They have parking for a few vehicles (and for loads of bicycles). I would be very happy to stay again in the future.

This small hotel, in a period building, is perfectly located for exploring the lovely little city of Narbonne. Everything is a short stroll away. The staff were friendly enough and the main reception area was fine, but things took a dive when I went into the room. The furniture is a drab, dated mismatch, in a room that has definitely... More

We were upgraded to a superior room which was spacious and nice however very noisy. Room 18 is right by the stairs and housekeeping. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. Bring your own soaps and lotions because they do not have these amenities like most hotels. They didnt have a safe either. This can be a problem... More

We enjoyed our stay at this pleasant hotel on a quiet street a few blocks from the train station, one block from the Canal du Midi. The staff was incredibly welcoming and the breakfast buffet was very generous and well tended to. Their attention to the guests made up for the fact that the rooms were rather spartan, the amenities... More

This is a charming, aesthetically pleasing small hotel / B&B located a few blocks from the cathedral and the center of town. It is a bit challenging to locate in a car, so if you are driving, it is best to get instructions to the public parking ("Mediatheque") that is close by. There is a luggage drop off by the... More

This property was recommended by a friend and we were glad with how our stay turned out. Boutique style hotel, accommodating reception and we could converse in English. Our French is only a little. Our rate included 1 museum pass and we purchased an additional and this gave us access to 7 sites. Our room was well presented, clean and... More

The hotel is conveniently located near one of the tallest Gothic cathedrals in France. It also has the shortest nave because of city rules at the time that it could not be extended beyond the city wall. Extraordinary! Also within a short walk is the market and the actual Roman road from the 1300's. Rooms were adequate, bathrooms recently renovated... More

Our room was not large but still clean and functional with a nice view from its two windows. There was tea/coffee making facilities and the staff were friendly and helpful This is not a new hotel but fine for a night or two It was a pleasant stroll to the central canal and the many shops, restaurants etc strung along it... We only stayed for one night in this hotel but it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were charming and helpful our room clean, comfortable and well equipped, if a little old fashioned in terms of decoration and the hotel well placed for site seeing. The breakfast in the morning was well above average with a large selection of... More
