The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are clean but no balconies which is a big downer in this climate. The pool is very basic and has no parasols for the sun loungers. Novotel Narbonne is close to the Autoroute junction and so is easy to find but there is definitely no problem with traffic noise. The car park is gated and closed during the night which is reassuring from a security point of view. The decor is a little dated and it's probably time for a makeover like some of the other... more
