A few steps right outside of the train station, this is a great value. Sylvie and the rest of the staff were very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby is inviting, with couches and magazines for resting. Also, just about everything you want to see or do is within easy walking distance of the hotel. This is... More

Parking can be a problem but otherwise this is a recommended hotel. It's very close to the old roman amfi theater and the surrounding area is very nice with lots to see and many places to dine. If you are a geocacher you will also find some gems nearby.

Pretty basic. The staff at reception spoke only passable English. The bed was rock-hard and you couldn't swing a cat in the room. My neighbors sounded like they were in the room with me. It is handy if you are just staying overnight to catch the train in the morning. It is a true 2 star joint.

was happy with everything, however hospitality wise I wasn't expecting it to be so low. People, especially in restaurants and shops could be more pleasant to their guests. Language is a big thing in France. However in the hotel even though they couldn't speak English well, staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful as much as they could... More

Nice normal sized rooms, newly renovated with cozy colors. Elivator. Helpful personel, even help with internet airport check in. Good location, a few meters from the railway station, 7 minutes walk to the roman theatre in the city center. Good breakfast incl. eggs, yoghurt, cheese, ham, sausage for sandwich, juice ... Could be some problem to find a parking place... More

The staff were lovely, rooms and public areas very clean, beds ok and best of all, very very close to the train stations. All trains now go to the one station in Nimes. The front rooms were not too noisy as it is a pedestrian area. The shower pressure was very low. Wifi was not strong and I was only... More

Excellent location for railway station, Arenes, town centre. Located on a very impressive boulevard. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel decor is a bit dated and the bedroom furniture and bathroom were rather basic but everything was clean.

Travelling by train, we needed an overnight stay in Nimes close to the station. We were between destinations. This hotel was the perfect spot. No more than a hundred metres from the entrance to the station and only five minutes walk away from the old part of town with all its attractions. It sits on a very attractive boulevard with... More

This hotel is only a one minute walk from Nimes railway station and couldn't be more convenient if travelling by train but local buses also pass by. The rooms are very small as are the bathrooms but they are clean. For the price, one can't really complain but an extra charge of 7 Euros is made for breakfast which is... More

And I mean little. Not enough room to swing a cat, and the " Air Conditioning" truly is a joke. It may have worked in the '50s, but it barely put any air, lot alone cool air. This is a hotel on its last legs and in need of major renovation. Most of it it is worn out. Management are... More
