4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2013 NEW

I stayed at Hotel Cesar mid May 2013 and found it a well located as it is located between the station and the town. A short walk from the station and you are at the front door. I was a bit early so they stored my luggage whilst I went for a wander into the town. Nimes is not big... More

Stayed 5 nights after attending a language school in Montpellier the week before. I arrived early and my room was not ready. The cleaner kept apologising despite my saying that it was no problem as I only wanted to loose my luggage and then disappear. The receptionist was charming, allowing me to practise on her and repeat things so I... More

I stayed at Hotel Cesar for one night in October 2012. The hotel is close to the train station and just a short distance to the Amphietheater. Reception staff was neither friendly nor unfriendly and spoke only little english. Room was larger compared to other french hotels I stayed. Furniture and bath old,but that was no problem to me. Free... More

I stayed in the Hotel Cesar for five days. Although I was travel weary, as soon as I saw the hotel lobby and reception area opening onto the dining room I felt at home. The place was clean, charming and welcoming. My room was a double and it was cozy and comfortable. I loved the color scheme throughout the hotel,... More

This hotel is on the newly renovated boulevard between the train station and the city centre. The boulevard looks wonderful and there is a playground as well as cafes just outside the hotel door. The location is great and is an easy walk to all the sights from here. We managed to park our car just outside overnight then put... More

The hotel was very close to the train and bus station .We got on with the staff who were very friendly and helpful. There was a lot of banter in English with the manager which made the stay very pleasant indeed. No traffic noise andan ideal situation.

Nice place for a small and charming city. Rooms are very good for 2 star hotel. You can excpect worse, but belive my words it is good and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and attentive eventually hardly speaking english. Breakfast have a bit wide of choice buffet (hot, cold, yogurts etc.) Very close to the train station ... like 50... More

Within 100 metres of the station entrance, where the Navette bus to the airport picks up and so also very handy for the car hire desks. The Cesar was very friendly and an excellent base for our walks to the antiquities of Nimes and also to the elegant town squares, boulevards, renovated, narrow streets of the old town and the... Less than 2 minutes walk away from the train station, this is a convenience hotel which is close to the historical center and to the train and bus stations. Rooms are small and you have just what you need, breakfast costs 7 euros but is good for what you pay considering hotel breakfasts are usually a rip off. Stayed at... More

We really loved this little hotel - we had the family room which was really a suite - two separate bedrooms then down a short corridor a bathroom and a toilet! Totally private and great if you are family like us with older children - you don't want them in your room but you don't want them in a totally... More
