We were looking for something central and this hotel is within a short walking distance to all the things we wanted to see! As previously stated by others the hotel is pretty run down and basic and the staff could have been a little friendlier but if you are looking for somewhere to sleep only and not spend your days,... This place was crazy. You got the feeling from the place that the owner is a sort of controlling eccentric person (we never met him/her, just got that feeling from the way the place was decorated and maintained). The place was relatively clean and some of the rooms were very large and others were very small. The place really made... More

The good things - friendly helpful staff at Reception, very convenient to the old city. The not so good - the bed was very average, the pillows were terrible, carpets on the stairs and in the corridors were filthy, (although the bed and the room were clean), the part of town is a bit shady. We stayed for 2 nights... More

We probably would have been ok with this hotel had it not claimed to be a 3 star hotel and had it not charged us 75 euros a night. As noted in most other reviews: - bedding is terrible, and the cheesy headrest that is not even affixed on the wall doesn't really help either. - location on Kebab avenue... More

This hotel is a bit shabby but clean, comfy beds and very helpful staff. We were offered coffee on arrival which turned out to be free, we did not have breakfast so cannot comment. We were there in cold February and the heating was great. If you are looking for a reasonable priced hotel in a good location you can't... More

Chose this one from other similar ones because it said it had wifi in the rooms, but there wasn't and the wifi in the lobby was next to hopeless. Don't bother with the breakfast, very ordinary for the price - the coffee was dreadful, and very limited choices. The air con in the room didn't work and the lights in... More

Very old-fashioned hotel in an unpleasant part of town. Expensive parking in a run-down single garage behind the hotel kitchen. Very busy roads outside. Breakfast was the only good experience. I'm glad I didn't have to stay there longer. I wouldn't recomment this place.

This hotel is an average spot with good location within walking distance to the sites in town (Maison Carree, Arena). Breakfast is filling and plentiful with a variety of fresh pastries, cheeses, and fruits. Nothing special about the rooms, service, or amenities.

Where do I start....I have never left a one star review on tripadvisor before but feel that I should warn other people about this terrible hotel. Don't be fooled by the hotel's website this is a grotty, run-down hotel in a rather unsavoury part of town staffed by indifferent receptionists and a downright rude hotel manager. On arrival he insisted... More

We booked this hotel and were charged, but refused to stay there. The hotel is in a run down part of town. Although a garage was advertised, the desk clerk immediately told us it was full and that we need to park our car in public parking for a charge. The vestibule was 'under construction', the lobby dingy. The rugs... More
