What a fantastic hotel. Right next to the amphitheatre in the middle of the city. The room was the largest one we've had yet in three weeks in France. It's also close to the Arena carpark. The host was very pleasant and helpful.

This is a lovely gracious place to stay and central to everything in Nimes. Every room is tastefully decorated and the 2 owners are very knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious with homemade breads and utterly wonderful homemade jams. We could have happily stayed the entire Summer!

This charming hotel is so centrally located, it could not be better for a visit to Nimes. Close to the arena, just around the corner from the best square and great restaurants, shops and sights. The owners are charming and nothing is too much trouble. The room we stayed in was really well appointed and very comfortable. There is a... More

Easy to find from the Arena, thanks to all the signage. We received a warm welcome and were immediately helped with our bags. The owner was extremely friendly and accomodating, always readily available for advice or assistance. The room was large with high ceilings and felt airy and cool. Very large comfortable bed was a welcome relief from tinier beds... More

A pretty basic hotel, very well located in a quiet area. No lift but the friendly manager will willingly carry your bags up. We had a large room on the second floor. Very clean. Comfortable bed. The hotel is in a small street more like a lane. The street is almost in a straight line up hill from the Amphitheatre... More

Owners are friendly and helpful and the room was quite large and very comfortable. You can't get a much better location, as it is near all of the main sites, and walkable from the station. Only downside is that there is no lift. However the stairs aren't particularly long or treacherous.

Stayed last summer in order to watch the Tour de France. Very friendly owners, great location surrounded by restaurants on a little square and wonderful room (we even got upgraded to a suite). Very glad we booked to stay here and Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for 5 nights in this small hotel and really enjoyed our stay. We could not fault the hotel or it's owners. Our room was spacious and spotlessly clean with balcony window overlooking a small square. the double glazing was effective so we heard no noise from the restaurants in the square. There is no lift so need to... More

I admit I was skeptical when my wife booked this hotel, since it's in the heart of the tourist section 50 metres from the Amphitheatre. I was especially skeptical when we discovered we were there the weekend of the annual Great Roman Games in which Hannibal and his elephants take on the might of costumed re-enacters. But I need not... More

The hotel was very centrally located, a block or so from the arena, and roughly a 15-minute walk from the train station. Cafes were nearby for coffee when I needed it. The hotel did provide a breakfast at an additional cost. My room was small by US standards, but comfortable. It was on the top floor and there was no... More
