My wife and myself decided to take the TGV to visit her former university town. We chose this hotel from Tripadvisor and were not disappointed. Situated just off the main square in town makes it ideal to go out and wander the town. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom compared to our accommodation in Paris. The staff were extremely helpful, approachable... More

Very pleasant, small hotel - warm welcome at reception who were very helpful. The hotel is very central (close to the Comedie etc) but on side streets at edge of pedestrian area so it was quiet. Room recently decorated, excellent shower but no lift so this could be a problem for some travellers. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but there... More

I do recommend this very cosy hotel in the center of the town, close to everything. It's a small hotel, very cosy, with great service and reception and we got nice restaurant recommendations. There are no restaurants at the hotel. I will definitely be back.

We tried to find this place by car in the dark in the middle of a storm in winter. But even on a sunny day, it's tough to drive here through the maze of one-way streets. And don't bother trying if you are in a big car! There is a public underground carpark 3-minutes walk away. I advise anyone staying... More

A really nice little hotel in a beautiful building. Location is very convenient for St Roch station and for the centre of town (the station is only about a five-minute walk). Staff are friendly and helpful - I asked for restaurant recommendations and was given lots of useful information. My room (Madame de Sevigne) was spacious, comfortable and very clean.... More

We loved this hotel! We arrived in the late evening to be greeted by a charming welcome. Our room (Moliere) was large, immaculately clean, air conditioned, and the bed (so often hard and uncomfortable in hotels) was comfortable and the bedding was excellent quality. The bathroom was modern and efficient and the wi-fi (free) worked well. Breakfast was excellent too... More

very nice hotel, close to the centre of Montpellier (MP). convenient for shops, sightseeing in the old town and short walk from the main train station and tram stops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our bed was large and one of the best we have ever slept on in a hotel. The shower was great. MP is well worth a... More

My wife and I stayed here our first two nights in France and had a delightful stay. The hotel is close to the city centre without being near tram or train lines. We chose to eat all our meals at nearby cafés and restaurants which are many and varied. Helpful staff even assisted us with our luggage up the very... More

From the tour of the room that the staff gave us when we first arrived, it was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail goes into this place. The location is perfect, right in the center of town but on a quiet street. The room was clean and a good size with a comfortable bed and great... More

Stayed here recently and have to say a really nice boutique hotel yards away from the centre of town. A hotel of only 12 rooms this hotel is both very comfortable and very friendly with service to match. There is no lift for the not so able but the staff are great and will take your bags to your room.... More
