- the hotel staff were friendly and ready to assist you in your problems
- there was a tramway station in 5 mins walking distance, you can take tram to get to SNCF train station, the old historical center
- the prices were not very high
- you can get free cable internet, but there is only 1 Pc available
Cons:
- you get charged even for local, toll free phone number calls
- there was no safe box available in the room
- the room was very small, there was almost no place to walk or put luggage
- there was no wifi available in the hotel rooms
