I stayed in this hotel for two nights and it was a good experience. The room was clean and very comfortable, large and with a big window. The room was not equipped with hairdryer but it was provided by the receptionist upon request without any cost. The breakfast was served in the morning in a small but very nice room;... More

I chose this hotel because it was convenient to the train station and Avis as well as being close to Place de la Comedie. My room was light, spacious and clean with a corner balcony. The staff were helpful and happy to store my baggage. There are plenty of sit down and take away food choices nearby and it is... More

Stayed at La Mistral Monday to Friday in October. The hotel is very centrally located with only a few minutes walk to the train station and Place de la Comédie. There was some noise from the street. But since the room had double windows this was not a problem. The room had very good (and large) beds, a small and... More

I chose this place based on its close proximity to the train station as we were arriving in Montpellier at night. It was a very short walk (5 mins), but also just a couple blocks up from main plaza and city centre. Our room was on the top floor and we had no problem with noise from the street below,... More

The staff at the reception could barely speak any english. The room was big, but it was one of the worst beds I have ever slept on. We got a bedroom on the ground floor, meaning a lot of noise and no option of leaving the curtains open at any time!!! Breakfast is poor and very expensive. Electricity power failed... More

We stayed here on a recent cycling holiday in Languedoc. We stayed on our first few nights after arriving on the Eurostar and the TGV. The hotel was very convenient for the rail station and the centre of town. The first room we stayed in was at the back of the hotel and was lovely and quiet. The reception staff... More

I talked french to the recptionist and they were very helpfull with our bikes and gear. Nice clean, and renovated rooms, beatiful corner balcony facing a little side street. Fast checkout and good price for the area and the central location. (80€ for two persons) Would recommend a short stay there.

Having a list of hotels in Montpellier, we called Le Mistral from the road in the Creuze when the weather made it clear we weren't going to camp by the coast. Response was immediate, and when we arrived, we were given a lovely room with a balcony over the street, clean and with a very modern bathroom, no aircon but... More

This is a nice hotel a few blocks from the historic, pedestrian area. It is close enough to walk easily, but the bit of distance is welcome in terms of the commotion. With the windows closed, it was quite quiet in my room even when the streets were full. Very helpful staff. I arrived at the end of traveling in... More
