Absolutely charming and helpful hostess but .... very averagehotel rooms and facilities ! Tatty bathrooms, mouldy baskets at breakfast and cracked cups and bowls. Stunning view, tiny pool and, really, don't book the garden rooms because they are basically in a fairly averagely appointed shed. Disappointing and overpriced.

The hotel is really well situated a pleasant 10 minute walk from the centre of town. We did get taxis to & from the train station though, as the station was another 5-10 minutes further and there are a few little hills & it was hot.
