It is not easy to rate as it was very depend on the staff. The check-in was cold and not welcoming at all. Booked lunch for today - rang up to book, and I called again to confirm the booking 2 weeks ago (which didn't go too well, between my awful French and his English I think I actually booked the table again). My husbands, daughter and I called into this hotel on our way back from the market and I only say the reception we got from the man at the front desk was the worst I have ever experienced . I can not praise the staff more highly at this fantastic hotel. It is expensive but of the highest quality with every attention to detail. The food is excellent and the service in the hotel was fantastic. If you can get over the location you can then really enjoy where you are staying. We were there over night to see... More
