A comfortable hotel with good parking well placed for a visit to Carcassonne. We had a quiet double room on the first floor overlooking the City. The room was spotlessly clear and well equipped with bath, shower and a separate toilet. It appeared to have been refurbished within the last couple of years and was in excellent order. Dinner in... Walking distance from the old city, modern clean rooms, but small. Big plus for us as fraidy cat american drivers, was easy access and free parking. As others have noted, staff gets the job done, but not very friendly. Not cheap, but reasonable. We ate out. Great Cassolet at Le Plo in old city.

Booked a standard twin bedded room in this smart clean and comfortable hotel. The ladies on reception were very efficient but the odd smile would be much appreciated. Perhaps it is just the French reserve! I firmly believe breakfast should be included in the price of an overnight stay and was a little dismayed to discover how expensive the breakfast... More

We stayed at this hotel for three days. The room was spacious and in good condition. The breakfast was nice, but dishes were empty from time to time. The staff seemed to be encouraged to SMILE. Somebody from the staff tried to have the guest seated as she wanted for breakfast which was not appreciated. From time to time the... More

Booked a standard double room through Hotels.com. Our room had a queen bed that was comfortable and had a good mattress plus good pillows. Slept well with a blacked out room thanks to the three overlapping panel blinds. Air conditioning worked well. Parking is free and Wi Fi is very good. The bathroom is contemporary with a large shower, very... More

I stayed here for three nights as part of a Riviera Travel tour. The hotel is well situated for the old city with private car parking available for individual travellers. The reception desk and room service are well run but the meal service in the evening was sometimes lacking in efficiency. This may have been because our tour party was kept separate from... Spent three nights here as apart of a two centre tour of a small area of France. Situated very close to the old city. The room was clean though very small. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the domestic staff made up the room very well each day. The food provided for breakfast was generally quite good however the quality... More

If you are visiting Carcassonne, then this hotel is very situated about a 5 minute walk from the old city's walls. We stayed here for 1 night and had a very enjoyable stay. The room was modern with good facilities that included a flat screen TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. It was also very quiet and the bed very... More

Great location 10 minutes walk from the medieval city. Good rooms some with views of the city, good restaurant, plenty of choice. Ideal location for exploring. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely gardens and swimming pool.

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour group. The hotel is in a great position for visiting the walled town of Carcassonne; just 5 minutes walk away. Room was small but adequate. Breakfast was fine with wide choice of cold and hot food. Evening meals were poor and disappointing; so much so that we chose to eat... More
