I stayed during the off-season when the hotel was largely empty. However, the room was excellent: comfortable and well-apportioned. The library bar was a particular treat, although I regret to this day that I did not eat in the restaurant.

The hotel rooms are very nice and large. It is a hotel with tradition but up to date. DVDs are available free of charge for in room viewing. Breakfast is delicious. And last but not least, the location is exceptional. But it is not cheap...
