Suberb Hotel close to the old city, 20 mins walk. Hotel spotless, air conditioned and generally very well run. The staff were very helpful with English widely spoken and a decent restaurant on site, nothing not to like would deffo return. Good location across a retail park to old city....In fact we could see the old city from our window.

We (two adults and one teenager) stayed at this hotel for one night on our 3 week driver tour of France. This hotel was brand new. In fact, it was so new, both Google maps and Bing maps show the hotel on the map but street view shows a pile of dirt so don’t be alarmed, the hotel does exist.... More

A good, relatively new Campanile, on the edge of Carcassonne in a commercial area. Agreeable modern décor, friendly staff and reasonably-priced food. Tourists can walk to the old city in less than 30 minutes.

Everyone here is so nice! We stayed one night and the staff could not have been better - polite, attentive, good humoured, etc. The service was excellent and really makes this hotel. The location is fine - 20 minute walk to the Cité which is fine. Ample parking and we had a view of the Cité from our room (over... More

Perfect for a stopover. Opposite a hypermarket and near a petrol station. Not exactly near the tourist areas. But the price reflects that. We didn't eat at the hotel but we had breakfast which was perfectly acceptable. Plenty of parking. I'd certainly recommend it for a stopover.

Rooms on the smaller size but clean. Great location, walking distance to the old town. Friendly and very helpful staff with fluency in English, which is not always the case if you travel in France. Close proximity to the highway which was ideal for us to hit the road again in the morning bypassing local traffic.

Stayed here the nights of July 21 and 22, 2014. Had a tough time trying to find a hotel room and finally decided on The Campanile. Turns out Le Tour de France passed by here today and most hotels wee booked. We felt The Campanile offered the most bang for the buck. We arrived by train at 21:00 with no... More

Best Campanile hotel we stayed at on our trip. It is a very modern hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. Excellent value. It is a bit out of town but close to the highways. Good breakfast. Big free secure carpark. 5 minute drive to the old town. Excellent choice if travelling by car.

Stayed here for one night last week, didn't realise until we arrived that it was Bastille Day so the room price had gone up a little! Hotel was clean, modern and bright, friendly and helpful staff, nice room and free car parking. We had our evening meal in the hotel restaurant which was very pleasant. About a 25 minute walk... This was our first time in a Campanile Hotel and have to say it was excellent, the rooms were very modern and spotlessly clean. When we arrived we had a problem getting into our room key not working, and the gentleman on reception immediately gave us a new room apparently a battery problem. From our room we could see the walls of "...
