Very nice B&B - delicious breakfasts and comfy beds. Quiet and relaxing with a nice pool. Probably not suitable if you have excitable, noisy children as it's so peaceful you'll be shushing them a lot. Easy to get taxis to and from Carcassone (and from airport) so no need to hire a car if you don't want to.
