The positive reviews alreadty on here were confirmed by our 4-night stay. We had one of the suites with an extra bed - there was plenty of room. Although it was late July, we sometimes felt we had the place to ourselves. It was so comfortable and peaceful, we were reluctant to step out from the lovely courtyard and pool... more

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is within the medivial city walls which makes it easy to explore the village, the sights and the restaurants. The hotel offers a convenient underground parking (otherwise difficult to park in the tiny streets). The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel is in a... more

We have just spent three nights at Villa Mazarin and found it a wonderful experience. Having just spent 10 days cruising the Camargue canals in a (tiny) boat we wanted to spoil ourselves before returning home. Our room opened on to the lovely gardens and joy of joys had a huge shower! The bed was big and the linen immaculate.... more

I stayed two nights in a Superior room. The hotel is a very gracious large villa converted to a hotel. The standard to which the hotel is maintained is VERY high except that the air-con in my room didn't work. The garage 'requires a GPS system to find it' Overall, a good hotel that is let down by the cool... more

Of all the places I stayed in a two week tour (10+ hotels all 3 to 5 stars) of southern France Villa Mazarin was my favorite. We stayed in room #6- high exposed beam ceilings, beautiful tiled floors, comfortable single mattress bed (instead of two mattresses pushed together 'italian' beds so common in Europe), clean, nice large bathroom and big... more

What a fantastic hotel, small but perfectly formed. The location is excellent for exploring Aigues. The facilities were wonderful, especially the pool (where my two boys spent hours)! We stayed in a luxury queen room which was huge, spotless and beautifully appointed! Perfect for a family of four. The staff spoke excellent English and were always available to help. We... more

This is a rare and beautiful hotel, in an old convent, with a peaceful immaculately tended garden, an excellent swimming pool and gym complex, and large , very well-appointed bedrooms, all spotlessly clean and tidy. We first stayed here in 2003, when it was L'Orangerie, and were delighted to find (at last !) an exclusively gay hotel that offered real... more

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel at the end of May 2006. We have stayed in many hotels arround the world and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest we have stayed at. The atmosphere is just so relaxed and the decor so stylish. The breakfast too is so nice sitting out in the... more
