The hotel is within walking distance to the palais. The parking garage is very small, but luckily we had a small rental so was no problem. The staff (Heloise) was very helpful and friendly. Our room was small, but more than adequate for our needs, and had a nice little courtyard shared by some other rooms. Great shower! We did... More

Just a 'stop off' en route to CDG from Marseilles. Didn't have great expectations so wasn't disappointed. Very close to shops, eats and The Palace. Room was adequate for price paid with no surprises bar excellent free wi-fi which usually comes with a ridiculous price in hotels I frequent. Car park only good if you drive anything from a push-chair... More

If you are a new couple or just sharing a room with a friend, this hotel is NOT for you. The major problem was that the toilet opened off the room and the sliding door did not fit so all the sights, sounds and smells were in the bed room. I worried about security as the lift is easily reached... More

After reading other reviews here, we decided to go for the privilege room for that bit of extra space. It was clean with a comfy bed, nespresso machine and well appointed bathroom. The staff were happy and helpful, especially as our French is not up to scratch. As per other reviews, it is located only a 10 minute walk to... More

This hotel is well located for visiting the Palace, only around a 10 minute walk. The hotel is modern and although the bedrooms were small this is to be expected for a hotel so central in such a tourist place. The bathroom was well fitted out and clean. We found the staff to be helpful and polite and their directions... More

We arrived very late after delayed flight to Orly airport to our prepaid room. The staff member on duty was very helpful (as we're all other staff members we encountered, a real asset to the hotel) and welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. The daylight provided a chance to get our... More

The hotel is close to the Chateau and several train stations. The room was clean but quite small. We asked for a double bed but got two twins, which is always annoying. Staff wasn't extremely friendly.

First the good: We arrived via train from Paris very early - around 10am. We stopped by the hotel to drop off our bags. To our surprise, they checked us in very early with no questions asked. That was a nice touch. Breakfast is decent. Several bread, pastry, meat, egg, cereal, fruit and yoghurt options. Price at 15 euros is... More

I stayed with my family..4 people. The room has 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed. The size of room was...the most smallest room which I ever stayed Mecure hotel in Europe. There is no Bar and parking lot is very much small. (I parked car outside parking lot) 2 peple may be okay..but never for 4 people.
